Info Post
There is a lot of fuss in London Town about this new 'Double Club'. Sponsored by Prada it is an art gallery with a restaurant with a bar and a dance floor... I don't really know the finer points of its true purpose, but I do know that it is only open for 6 months and that on Saturdays and Thursdays Richard Mortimer hosts some fun nights of dancing and cocktails!

We went along on the weekend to enjoy 'Gareth Pugh and Friends', always nice! The photo below shows the discotheque room; the raised central dance floor with DJ booth actually revolves! Now, when I heard the club had a revolving dance floor I had visions of hopping on or off like a merry go round, spinning and waving at folk below. In actual fact it does one rotation an hour, this means that no matter how closely you watch the stage you cannot see it moving, however after a few songs notice the DJ box is in a different place!

Gareth Pugh is one of my favourite designers but also as a DJ's! It is ironically wonderful that whilst he sends dark alien creations down the catwalk, he prefers to play the cheesiest of cheesy pop as a DJ! We had Kylie, Britney x 2, Maria and lots of other old 80s hits!

I love this girl; Gwendoline has the best legs and the best moves! After this photo was taken she put her legs in the air and did some froggy scissor kicks, not many people could do that in a jump suit and still look glamorous...

After Gareth's set we moved onto Grotbags at Push, hosted by the Pop girls. Whilst there we saw this beautiful model boy below. You might remember him from the Levis ads-I certainly do, made a bus journey far more intereting with his pretty billboards. Jeanie was in charge of my camera and took this photo but alas!! his friend clocked our plan (you can see this in the photo) and then tried to take a photo of Jeanie ahhh EVIDENCE of our stalkerish tendencies!

It was super fun dancing to Hole and indie pop songs but one problem; we arrived about 2.30 and the cloak room was closed, hmm we still had to pay to get in though! I tired like a child and was more than happy to take refuge with the bags, literally becoming a bag lady.

5 minutes later Girls Aloud came on and I instantly revived!!
